Projects

More patchwork fun today. Have been sourcing fabrics for the first few panels of the quilt, although I’ve been very restrained and haven’t actually bought anything. T is surprisingly enthusiastic about the project – he even offered to make me some plastic templates for the pieces, and he knows the indoor market in town much better than I do so we’ll have a frolic there next week.

Still no work, and no payment from the tardy publishers. Bah. Jobs for next week:

1. Chase payment.
2. Phone other publishers for work.
3. Make progress with friend’s fantasy novel.
4. Try to place historical research manuscript with potential publisher.
5. Tapestry/cross-stitch/patchwork. (Yay!)
